Abstract:
(EN) A vehicle steering knuckle integrally formed with a steering arm and a machining process thereof. The steering knuckle comprises a rod portion (1), a plate portion (2), and a lug portion (3). The lug portion (3) comprises a long lug (31) and a short lug (32). The long lug (31) and the short lug (32) are each provided with a main pin hole (4). A steering arm (6) connected to a steering tie rod extends laterally from a front end of the short lug (32) on a plane perpendicular to the main pin hole (4). The steering knuckle is integrally forged. During machining, the lug portion is first machined to form two long straight arms. Since the lug portion does not have any other connecting arm, the structure is simple and easily forged. Afterwards, one of the long straight arms is bent into the steering arm to reduce forging difficulty. The invention is structurally sound. The steering arm is extended in order to connect to other components, thereby simplifying the structure of a vehicle steering system, and resulting in a novel, lightweight steering knuckle.
(FR) L'invention concerne une fusée de direction de véhicule formée d'un seul tenant avec un bras de direction, et son procédé d'usinage. La fusée de direction comprend une partie de tige (1), une partie de plaque (2) et une partie d'étrier (3). La partie d'étrier (3) comprend un étrier long (31) et un étrier court (32). L'étrier long (31) et l'étrier court (32) comportent chacun un trou de broche principal (4). Un bras de direction (6) relié à une biellette de direction s'étend latéralement à partir d'une extrémité avant de l'étrier court (32) sur un plan perpendiculaire au trou de broche principal (4). La fusée de direction est forgée d'un seul tenant. Pendant l'usinage, la partie d'étrier est tout d'abord usinée de façon à former deux longs bras droits. Du fait que la partie d'étrier n'a pas d'autre bras de liaison, la structure est simple et est facile à forger. Ensuite, l'un des longs bras droits est incurvé sous la forme du bras de direction, de façon à réduire la difficulté de forgeage. L'invention est structurellement robuste. Le bras de direction est étendu de façon à être relié à d'autres composants, de façon à simplifier ainsi la structure d'un système de direction de véhicule, et à produire en résultat une nouvelle fusée de direction de faible poids.
