Abstract:
(EN) A display panel assembly (100) comprises an array substrate (20) and a color filter substrate (30) aligned with each other. The array substrate (20) and the color filter substrate (30) aligned with each other are divided into at least two display regions (11) and a cutting region (13) connecting two adjacent display regions (11). Each cutting region (13) has a cutting line (130). The display panel assembly (100) is cut into at least two display panels (101) along the cutting line (130). Each cutting region (13) corresponding to the display panel assembly (100) further comprises two support structures (133) located between the array substrate (20) and the color filter substrate (30), and the two support structures (133) are respectively located on two sides of the cutting line (130). Cutting the display panel assembly (100) in this manner resolves the issue of defective products caused by uneven pressure distribution during cutting. The invention further discloses a display panel formation method and a display device.
(FR) Ensemble de panneau d'affichage (100) comprenant un substrat de matrice (20) et un substrat de filtre coloré (30) alignés l'un à l'autre. Le substrat de matrice (20) et le substrat de filtre coloré (30) alignés l'un à l'autre sont divisés en au moins deux régions d'affichage (11) et une région de coupe (13) reliant deux régions d'affichage adjacentes (11). Chaque région de coupe (13) présente une ligne de coupe (130). L'ensemble de panneau d'affichage (100) est découpé en au moins deux panneaux d'affichage (101) le long de la ligne de coupe (130). Chaque région de coupe (13) correspondant à l'ensemble de panneau d'affichage (100) comprend en outre deux structures de support (133) situées entre le substrat de matrice (20) et le substrat de filtre coloré (30), et les deux structures de support (133) sont respectivement situées sur deux côtés de la ligne de coupe (130). La découpe de l'ensemble de panneau d'affichage (100) de cette manière permet de résoudre le problème de produits défectueux provoqués par une distribution de pression irrégulière pendant la coupe. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de formation de panneau d'affichage et un dispositif d'affichage.
