Abstract:
(EN) An oil line structure of a compressor, comprising: a main shaft (1), an upper flange (2), and a rolling bearing (3); an inner portion of the rolling bearing (3) encloses to form an air cylinder cavity that is used for compression, the rolling bearing (3) comprising a roller (33); an inner portion of the main shaft (1) is provided with a main shaft oil hole (10), and the upper flange (2) is provided thereon with an upper oil groove (20), the upper oil groove (20) communicating with the main shaft oil hole (10) and being capable of leading oil into the roller (33) so as to lubricate the same. The oil line structure may effectively lead oil in the main shaft oil hole (10) of the compressor into the roller (33) of the rolling bearing (3) by means of the upper flange (2) so as to lubricate and cool the same such that heat that is generated by the friction of the roller (33) is promptly discharged, thus preventing the temperature of the bearing from rising, and reducing wear, thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the compressor and guaranteeing the normal operation of the compressor. Further disclosed is a compressor that is provided with the oil line structure.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de conduite d'huile d'un compresseur, comprenant : un arbre principal (1), une bride supérieure (2) et un palier à roulement (3) ; une partie interne du palier à roulement (3) forme par confinement une cavité de cylindre à air qui est utilisée pour la compression, le palier à roulement (3) comprenant un rouleau (33) ; une partie interne de l'arbre principal (1) est dotée d'un trou d'huile d'arbre principal (10) et la bride supérieure (2) est dotée d'une rainure d'huile supérieure (20), la rainure d'huile supérieure (20) communiquant avec le trou d'huile d'arbre principal (10) et pouvant amener de l'huile dans le rouleau (33) de façon à le lubrifier. La structure de conduite d'huile peut conduire efficacement de l'huile dans le trou d'huile d'arbre principal (10) du compresseur dans le rouleau (33) du palier à roulement (3) au moyen de la bride supérieure (2), de façon à lubrifier et à la refroidir de sorte que la chaleur qui est générée par le frottement du rouleau (33) soit rapidement évacuée, en empêchant ainsi la température du palier de s'élever, et en réduisant l'usure, ce qui permet d'augmenter le rendement énergétique du compresseur et de garantir le fonctionnement normal du compresseur. L'invention concerne en outre un compresseur qui est pourvu de la structure de conduite d'huile.
