Abstract:
(EN) A cyclic sulfonic acid silyl lactone and a preparation method therefor. The structural formula of the cyclic sulfonic acid silyl lactone is: (A) or (B). The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) an addition reaction; (2) acidification processing; and (3) a ring formation reaction. By means of special material selection and synthesis process design, cyclic sulfonic acid silyl lactones with different substituents and ring-forming structures are prepared, with the ability to reduce internal resistance of batteries and improve high and low temperature stability and capacity retention rate of the batteries. The preparation method has simple process steps and strong implementability, and the obtained product has high purity, with chromatographic purity of over 99%, and broad market prospects.
(FR) L'invention concerne un lactone silylée d'acide sulfonique cyclique et un procédé de préparation associé. La formule structurale de la lactone silylée d'acide sulfonique cyclique est : (A) ou (B). Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) une réaction d'addition ; (2) un traitement d'acidification ; et (3) une réaction de formation de cycle. La présente invention permet de préparer des lactones silylées d'acide sulfonique cyclique ayant différents substituants et des structures de formation de cycle, par une conception de processus de synthèse et de sélection de matériau spécial, avec une capacité permettant de réduire la résistance interne des batteries et d'améliorer la stabilité à haute et à basse température ainsi que le taux de rétention de la capacité de batteries. Le procédé de préparation présente des étapes de traitement simples et une forte aptitude à la mise en oeuvre, le produit obtenu présente une pureté élevée, avec une pureté chromatographique supérieure à 99 %, et de vastes perspectives de marché.
(ZH) 一种环状磺酸硅基内酯及其制备方法,所述环状磺酸硅基内酯的结构式为:(A)或(B);所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)加成反应;(2)酸化处理;(3)成环反应。通过特殊的原料选择及合成工艺设计,制备得到具有不同取代基和成环结构的环状磺酸硅基内酯,能够有效降低电池内阻,提高电池的高低温稳定性和容量保持率;其制备方法工艺步骤简单,可实施性强,所得产物纯度高,色谱纯度达到99%以上,具有广阔的市场前景。
