Abstract:
(EN) A vibration isolation mechanism (1) and a shooting robot having a vibration isolation function. The vibration isolation mechanism (1) comprises: a sliding frame (11) for fixing onto a shooting assembly (100); a first sliding rod (12) assembled with the sliding frame (11) to form a sliding pair; a fixing base (13) fixedly connected to the first sliding rod (12); as well as a first elastic assembly (14) and a second elastic assembly (15) sleeved on the first sliding rod (12) in pre-compressed fashion and elastically deformable under the action of the sliding frame (11) and the fixing base (13) to filter an excitation signal of the shooting assembly (100). The vibration isolation mechanism can fully isolate the excitation signal generated during vibration of the shooting assembly.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme (1) d'isolation vibratoire et un robot de tir doté d'une fonction d'isolation vibratoire. Le mécanisme (1) d'isolation vibratoire comporte: un cadre coulissant (11) destiné à être fixé sur un ensemble (100) de tir; une première tige coulissante (12) assemblée avec le cadre coulissant (11) pour former une paire coulissante; une embase (13) de fixation en liaison complète avec la première tige coulissante (12); ainsi qu'un premier ensemble élastique (14) et un second ensemble élastique (15) emmanchés sur la première tige coulissante (12) avec une pré-compression et élastiquement déformables sous l'action du cadre coulissant (11) et de l'embase (13) de fixation afin de filtrer un signal d'excitation de l'ensemble (100) de tir. Le mécanisme d'isolation vibratoire peut isoler entièrement le signal d'excitation généré pendant une vibration de l'ensemble de tir.
