Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a preparation method for an aging-resistant wood-plastic packaging material, comprising: crushing wood fibers into wood powder with a particle size of 80-120 meshes, adding dimethyl sulfate and polyethylene glycol, and placing into a high-pressure reaction vessel to react under a pressure of 4-8 MPa for 30-40 min, thereby obtaining modified wood powder; mixing and stirring polypropylene particles, basic magnesium sulfate whiskers, cyclophosphamide, and p-hydroxypropiophenone for 5-10 min; then performing melt blending and granulation with an extruder to obtain modified polypropylene particles; mixing modified wood powder and modified polypropylene particles, adding azodicarbonamide, dicumyl peroxide, 4-butanediol ester, and acrylic acid, and stirring and reacting at a temperature of 90-120°C for 20-40 min; adding the mixture into the extruder, and extruding at a temperature of 175-190°C at a screw rotation speed of 25-45 rpm; performing film molding with a mold at a temperature of 190-210°C under a pressure of 8-12 MPa; and cooling, thereby obtaining the aging-resistant wood-plastic packaging material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau d'emballage en bois-plastique résistant au vieillissement, comprenant : le broyage de fibres de bois pour obtenir une poudre de bois ayant une taille de particule de 80 à 120 mesh, l'ajout de sulfate de diméthyle et de polyéthylène glycol, et le placement dans un récipient de réaction haute pression pour faire réagir sous une pression de 4 à 8 MPa pendant 30 à 40 min, ce qui permet d'obtenir une poudre de bois modifiée ; le mélange et l'agitation de particules de polypropylène, de trichites de sulfate de magnésium basique, de cyclophosphamide et de p-hydroxypropiophénone pendant 5 à 10 min ; puis la réalisation d'un mélange à l'état fondu et d'une granulation avec une extrudeuse pour obtenir des particules de polypropylène modifiées ; le mélange de la poudre de bois modifiée et des particules de polypropylène modifiées, l'ajout d'azodicarbonamide, de peroxyde de dicumyle, d'ester de 4-butanediol et d'acide acrylique, et l'agitation et la réaction à une température de 90 à 120 °C pendant 20 à 40 min ; l'ajout du mélange dans l'extrudeuse, et l'extrusion à une température de 175 à 190 °C à une vitesse de rotation de vis de 25 à 45 tours par minute ; la réalisation d'un moulage de film avec un moule à une température de 190 à 210 °C sous une pression de 8 à 12 MPa ; et le refroidissement, ce qui permet d'obtenir le matériau d'emballage en bois-plastique résistant au vieillissement.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种耐老化木塑包装材料的制备方法,将木质纤维粉碎至粒度为80-120目的木粉,加入硫酸二甲酯和聚乙二醇,置于高压反应容器中,在4-8MPa压力下,反应30-40min,得到改性木粉;将聚丙烯粒子、碱式硫酸镁晶须、环磷酰胺和对羟基苯丙酮混合搅拌5-10min;随后经挤出机熔融共混并造粒,得到改性聚丙烯粒子;将改性木粉和改性聚丙烯粒子混合,并加入偶氮二甲酰胺、过氧化二异丙苯、4-丁二醇酯和丙烯酸,在温度90-120℃搅拌反应20-40min;将混合物加入挤出机中,在温度175-190℃、螺杆转速25-45rpm下挤出;随后经模具在温度190-210℃、压力8-12MPa下压膜成型;待冷却后即可得到所述耐老化木塑包装材料。
