Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a wood-plastic packaging material by using reclaimed materials, comprising: crushing reclaimed PE materials and PP materials into powder, adding ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and dibutyl ester, performing impregnation at a temperature of 35-40°C for 30-40 min, and performing filtering to remove liquid; adding benzoic acid anhydride and a methyl silane coupling agent, performing melt blending and granulation at a temperature of 180-200°C, and cooling for further use; adding waste wood fibers into a heated stirrer, setting the temperature to be 50-70°C, adding tetraethyl silicate, p-methoxy acetanilide, and 1,3-dimethyl imidazoline into the stirrer within 30-40 min at the same time, after the addition is completed, increasing the temperature to 90-110°C, and continuing reacting for 1-2 h; and mixing products obtained in the previous steps, adding calcium carbonate powder, talcum powder, methyl methacrylate, and 2,2-dimethyl propanol, stirring and reacting at a temperature of 80-100°C for 20-30 min, and performing extrusion granulation and extrusion molding, thereby obtaining the wood-plastic packaging material prepared by using the reclaimed materials.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau d'emballage en bois-plastique utilisant des matériaux recyclés, comprenant : le broyage de matériaux PE et de matériaux PP récupérés en poudre, l'ajout d'éther monométhylique d'éthylène glycol et d'ester de dibutyle, la réalisation de l'imprégnation à une température de 35-40 °C durant 30-40 min, et la réalisation de la filtration pour retirer le liquide; l'ajout d'anhydride d'acide benzoïque et d'un agent de couplage méthyl silane, la réalisation d'un mélange à l'état fondu et la granulation à une température de 180-200 °C, et le refroidissement pour une utilisation ultérieure; l'ajout de fibres de bois résiduelles dans un agitateur chauffé, le réglage de la température à 50-70 °C, l'ajout de silicate de tétraéthyle, de p-méthoxy acétanilide, et de 1,3-diméthyl imidazoline dans l'agitateur dans les 30-40 minutes, en même temps, après que l'ajout soit achevé, l'élévation de la température à 90-110 °C, et la poursuite de la réaction durant 1-2 h; et le mélange des produits obtenus dans les étapes précédentes, l'ajout d'une poudre de carbonate de calcium, de poudre de talc, de méthacrylate de méthyle, et de 2,2-diméthyl propanol, l'agitation et la réaction à une température de 80-100 °C durant 20-30 min, et la réalisation de la granulation par extrusion et du moulage par extrusion, produisant ainsi le matériau d'emballage en bois-plastique préparé en utilisant les matériaux récupérés.
(ZH) 一种利用回收料制备得到木塑包装材料的方法,将回收的PE料和PP料粉碎至粉末状,加入乙二醇单甲醚和二丁酯,在温度35-40℃下浸渍30-40min后过滤除去液体;加入苯甲酸酐和甲基硅烷偶联剂在温度180-200℃熔融共混、造粒并冷却待用;将废弃木质纤维加入带温度的搅拌器中,设置温度为50-70℃,同时在30-40min内向其中加入硅酸四乙酯、对甲氧基乙酰苯胺和1,3-二甲基咪唑啉酮,加入完毕后升温至90-110℃,继续反应1-2h;将上述步骤获得的产物混合,并加入碳酸钙粉、滑石粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和2,2-二甲基丙醇,在温度80-100℃搅拌反应20-30min后经挤出造粒、挤出成型即可得到所述利用回收料制备得到木塑包装材料。
