Abstract:
(EN) A mutual-capacitance touch display panel having a fingerprint recognition function, comprising a capacitance module and a display module, the capacitance module comprising: a plurality of first electrodes (110) parallel to each other, which serve as fingerprint recognition driving lines; a plurality of second electrodes (120) parallel to each other, which are configured to intersect with the plurality of first electrodes (110) to form a plurality of parasitic capacitors, the second electrodes (120) serving as an acquisition line for fingerprint recognition; a first fingerprint recognition chip (130), which is electrically connected to the first electrodes (110), the first fingerprint recognition chip (130) outputting a driving signal to the first electrodes (110) in a time-division manner; a second fingerprint recognition chip (140), which is electrically connected to the second electrodes (120), the second fingerprint recognition chip (140) receiving a sensing signal on the second electrodes (120) to obtain the parasitic capacitors at the intersection of the second electrodes (120) and the first electrodes (110), thereby obtaining fingerprint data of the user. Also disclosed is a mutual-capacitance touch display having a fingerprint recognition function. The present invention has the advantage of improving fingerprint recognition flexibility and reducing costs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage tactile à capacité mutuelle ayant une fonction de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales, comprenant un module de capacité et un module d'affichage, le module de capacité comprenant : une pluralité de premières électrodes (110) parallèles les unes aux autres, qui servent de lignes d'attaque de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales ; une pluralité de secondes électrodes (120) parallèles l'une à l'autre, qui sont configurées pour se croiser avec la pluralité de premières électrodes (110) afin de former une pluralité de condensateurs parasites, les secondes électrodes (120) servant de ligne d'acquisition pour la reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales ; une première puce de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales (130), qui est électriquement connectée aux premières électrodes (110), la première puce de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales (130) délivrant en sortie un signal de commande aux premières électrodes (110) par répartition dans le temps ; une seconde puce de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales (140), qui est électriquement connectée aux secondes électrodes (120), la seconde puce de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales (140) recevant un signal de détection sur les secondes électrodes (120) afin d'obtenir les condensateurs parasites à l'intersection des secondes électrodes (120) et des premières électrodes (110), obtenant ainsi des données d'empreintes digitales de l'utilisateur. L'invention concerne également un affichage tactile à capacité mutuelle ayant une fonction de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales. La présente invention présente l'avantage d'améliorer la flexibilité de reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales et de réduire les coûts.
