Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a cross-linked aqueous binder for a lithium ion battery. The method uses an aqueous polymer containing an organic carboxylic acid or an amino group or a hydroxyl group and a water-soluble small molecule crosslinking agent containing a hydroxyl group, an amino group, or a carboxyl group as raw materials of the aqueous binder. The raw materials are cross-linked by an esterification and an amidation reaction under conditions for coating and drying of electrode plates of lithium ion batteries. The preparation process is simple, does not change existing processing conditions for lithium ion battery production, produces electrodes with good cohesiveness, flexibility, and elasticity, resolves the issues of the prior art in which there is low bonding strength between an electrode active material, a conductive agent, and a current collector, as well as insufficient elasticity to alleviate loosening and detachment due to expansion and contraction during charging and discharging of the lithium ion batteries.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un liant aqueux réticulé pour une batterie lithium-ion. Le procédé utilise un polymère aqueux contenant un acide carboxylique organique ou un groupe amino ou un groupe hydroxyle et un agent de réticulation à petite molécule soluble dans l'eau contenant un groupe hydroxyle, un groupe amino ou un groupe carboxyle en tant que matières premières du liant aqueux. Les matières premières sont réticulées par une réaction d'estérification et d'amidation dans des conditions de revêtement et de séchage de plaques d'électrode de batteries lithium-ion. Le processus de préparation est simple, ne change pas les conditions de traitement existantes pour la production d'une batterie lithium-ion, produit des électrodes avec une bonne cohésion, une bonne flexibilité et une bonne élasticité, résout les problèmes de l'état de la technique dans lesquels il existe une faible force de liaison entre un matériau actif d'électrode, un agent conducteur, et un collecteur de courant, ainsi qu'une élasticité insuffisante pour atténuer le desserrage et le détachement dus à la dilatation et à la contraction pendant la charge et la décharge des batteries lithium-ion.
(ZH) 一种锂离子电池交联型水性粘结剂的制备方法,由含有机羧酸或氨基或羟基的水性高分子与含有羟基、胺基或羧基的水溶性小分子交联剂共同作为水性粘结剂原材料,在锂离子电池电极片浆料涂布烘干条件下经酯化、酰胺化反应交联,制备过程简单,不改变现有的锂离子电池生产工艺条件,且获得具有良好粘结性、柔顺性、弹性的电极,解决现有技术中电极活性物质、导电剂和集流体之间的粘结强度不高,且不具有足够的弹性来缓解锂离子电池充、放电过程中的膨胀与收缩而松胀脱落的问题。
