Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a plastic profile and a method for manufacturing same. The plastic profile comprises the components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 2-3 parts of organotin-carboxylate, 1-2 parts of polyacrylate resin, 8-10 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 5-10 parts of activated calcium carbonate, 4-6 parts of rutile type titanium dioxide, 0.5-1 part of polyethylene wax, and 0.5-1 part of antibacterial and bacteriostatic additive. The present invention has the advantages that the costs are low, the heat stability is good, the rigidity is increased, the plasticizing quality is improved, and the appearance is beautified; the profile is smooth, and excellent in weather resistance, toughness, and uniformity, has antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, and is applicable to sterile places.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un profilé en matière plastique et un procédé pour la fabrication de celui-ci. Le profilé en matière plastique comprend les composants suivants en parties en poids : 100 à 120 parties de résine de poly(chlorure de vinyle), 2 à 3 parties de carboxylate organostannique, 1 à 2 parties de résine de polyacrylate, 8 à 10 parties de polyéthylène chloré, 5 à 10 parties de carbonate de calcium activé, 4 à 6 parties de dioxyde de titane de type rutile, 0,5 à 1 partie de cire de polyéthylène et 0,5 à 1 partie d'additif antibactérien et bactériostatique. La présente invention présente les avantages que les coûts sont faibles, la stabilité thermique est bonne, la rigidité est augmentée, la qualité de plastification est améliorée et l'aspect est embelli; le profilé est lisse et a d'excellentes résistance aux intempéries, ténacité et uniformité, il a des effets antibactériens et bactériostatiques et il est applicable à des lieux stériles.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种塑料型材及其加工工艺,塑料型材以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯树脂100~120份、有机锡羧酸盐2~3份、聚丙烯酸酯类树脂1~2份、氯化聚乙烯8~10份、活性碳酸钙5~10份、金红石型钛白4~6份、聚乙烯蜡0.5~1份、抗菌抑菌添加剂0.5~1份。本发明成本低,热稳定性好,增加了刚性,提高塑化质量,改善外观,使得型材光滑,耐候性、韧性、均匀性好,同时具有抗菌抑菌效果,适用于无菌场所。
