Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate (200), comprising: a base substrate (21), a common electrode layer (22) covering the base substrate (21), an insulation layer (23) located on the common electrode layer (22), and a pixel electrode layer (24) located on the insulation layer (23). The pixel electrode layer (24) comprises pixel electrodes (241) arranged at an interval, and a transparent conic barrier block (25) is provided between adjacent pixel electrodes (241). The transparent conic barrier block (25) has a triangular cross section along an axis in a direction perpendicular to the common electrode layer (22). By providing the transparent conic barrier block (25) between adjacent pixel electrodes (241), the block can reduce misalignment of liquid crystal molecules in a peripheral range of the pixel electrodes (241) toward a direction perpendicular to the common electrode layer (22) and maintain a horizontal state of the liquid crystal molecules when a voltage is applied between the pixel electrodes (241) and a common electrode, such that a light transmission rate in a region does not decrease. Also provided is a liquid crystal display panel comprising the array substrate (200).
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat matriciel (200), comprenant : un substrat de base (21), une couche d'électrode commune (22) recouvrant le substrat de base (21), une couche d'isolation (23) située sur la couche d'électrode commune (22), et une couche d'électrode de pixel (24) située sur la couche d'isolation (23). La couche d'électrode de pixel (24) comprend des électrodes de pixel (241) agencées selon un intervalle, et un bloc barrière conique transparent (25) est disposé entre des électrodes de pixel adjacentes (241). Le bloc barrière conique transparent (25) a une section transversale triangulaire le long d'un axe dans une direction perpendiculaire à la couche d'électrode commune (22).
