Abstract:
(EN) A thin film transistor array substrate (10) and a display apparatus. The thin film transistor array substrate (10) comprises multiple scan lines (12), data lines (13) and pixel units (14), each pixel unit (14) comprising a thin film transistor (T) and a pixel electrode (100), the thin film transistor (T) comprising a gate electrode (G), a source electrode (S) and a drain electrode (D), the gate electrode (G) being electrically connected to a scan line (12), the source electrode (S) being electrically connected to a data line (13) and the drain electrode (D) being electrically connected to a pixel electrode (100), a source electrode (S) and a data line (13) being disposed in a same layer, and a drain electrode (D) and a source electrode (S) each being disposed in a different layer. Thus, the present invention can implement high PPI for a display apparatus while maintaining pixel unit (14) fill factor and product yield.
(FR) L’invention concerne un substrat de réseau de transistors à couches minces (10) et un appareil d'affichage Le substrat de réseau de transistors à couches minces (10) comprend de multiples lignes de balayage (12), des lignes de données (13) et des unités de pixels (14), chaque unité de pixel (14) comprenant un transistor à couches minces (T) et une électrode de pixel (100), le transistor à couches minces (T) comprenant une électrode de grille (G), une électrode de source (S) et une électrode de drain (D), l'électrode de grille (G) étant électriquement connectée à une ligne de balayage (12), l'électrode de source (S) étant électriquement connectée à une ligne de données (13) et l'électrode de drain (D) étant électriquement connectée à une électrode de pixel (100), une électrode de source (S) et une ligne de données (13) étant disposées dans une même couche, et une électrode de drain (D) et une électrode de source (S) étant chacune disposée dans une couche différente.
