(ZH) 一种浸渍法制备SiCN/Si3N4复合陶瓷的方法
Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a SiCN/Si3N4 composite ceramic using an impregnation method, comprising steps of: granulation by using silicon nitride powder, Y2O3, and polyvinylpyrrolidone as raw materials and adding a pore-forming agent; molding and sintering after completion of the granulation; impregnating the sintered material with SiCN and heat treating. By controlling an addition ratio of a pore-forming agent and a sintering temperature, a material having a porous structure is obtained. The material has good mechanical strength, and is more favorable for impregnation with SiCN, and the resulting impregnated product has excellent microwave absorption properties.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une céramique composite SiCN/Si3N4 à l'aide d'un procédé d'imprégnation, comprenant les étapes : de granulation par utilisation de poudre de nitrure de silicium, d'Y2O3, et de polyvinylpyrrolidone en tant que matières premières et ajout d'un agent porogène ; de moulage et de frittage après achèvement de la granulation ; d'imprégnation du matériau fritté avec du SiCN et de traitement thermique. En régulant un rapport d'addition d'un agent porogène et une température de frittage, un matériau ayant une structure poreuse est obtenu. Le matériau a une bonne résistance mécanique, et est plus favorable à l'imprégnation avec du SiCN, et le produit imprégné obtenu présente d'excellentes propriétés d'absorption de micro-ondes.
(ZH) 一种浸渍法制备SiCN/Si 3N 4复合陶瓷的方法,包括:以氮化硅粉体、Y 2O 3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为原料,添加造孔剂进行造粒的步骤;造粒完成后的物料进行成型、烧结的步骤;烧结后的物料浸渍SiCN并进行热处理的步骤。通过控制造孔剂的添加比例和烧结温度,得到具有多孔结构的材料,该材料具有良好的机械强度,更有利于浸渍SiCN,得到的浸渍产物吸波性能优良。
