Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a class of arsenite inhibitory factor reporter gene plasmids, a construction method therefor and an application thereof, the plasmids being pLHPars9 and pLLPars9, and the nucleotide sequences thereof being as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2 respectively. The plasmids are sensitive to arsenite, the detection range being 0.04~50 μM, and the plasmids may be used as a biosensor for use in the detection of arsenite. In addition, arsenite inhibitory factor reporter gene plasmid pLHPars9 may further be used for detecting antimonite.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une classe de plasmides de gène rapporteur du facteur inhibiteur d'arsénite, son procédé de construction et son application, les plasmides étant pLHPars9 et pLLPars9, et les séquences nucléotidiques de ceux-ci étant telles que représentées dans SEQ ID NO : 1 et SEQ ID NO : 2 respectivement. Les plasmides sont sensibles à l'arsénite, la plage de détection étant de 0,04 à 50 μΜ, et les plasmides peuvent être utilisés en tant que biocapteur pour une utilisation dans la détection d'arsénite. De plus, le plasmide de gène rapporteur du facteur inhibiteur d'arsénite pLHPars9 peut en outre être utilisé pour détecter l'antimoniate.
