Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a preparation method of a cotton bast fiber and a chitosan composite nonwoven fabric for filtering. The method comprises: separating the cotton bast through steam flash-explosion pretreatment; conducting formation using a papermaking method, and adding chitosan to enhance the mechanical property and the filtering efficiency. The process flow is simple, convenient and environment-friendly and adapts to industrialized production. The nonwoven fabric adopts lignin-enriched cotton bast fiber and chitosan as raw materials, so that the nonwoven fabric has high antibacterial property. The cotton bast and the chitosan are biology-based materials and can be degraded in the natural environment after use, so that environmental burden is reduced and the problem that the electrostatic spinning method is difficult in industrialized and mass production is solved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fibre libérienne de coton et un tissu non tissé composite de chitosane pour un filtrage. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : séparer la fibre libérienne de coton au moyen d'un prétraitement par d'explosion de vapeur de vaporisation éclair ; effectuer une formation à l'aide d'un procédé de fabrication de papier, et ajouter du chitosane pour améliorer la propriété mécanique et l'efficacité de filtrage. Le flux de processus est simple, pratique et respectueux de l'environnement et s'adapte à la production industrialisée. Le tissu non tissé adopte une fibre libérienne de coton enrichie en lignine et du chitosane en tant que matières premières, de telle sorte que le tissu non tissé présente une propriété antibactérienne élevée. La fibre libérienne de coton et le chitosane sont des matières d'origine biologique et peuvent être dégradés dans l'environnement naturel après utilisation, de telle sorte que la charge environnementale est réduite et le problème selon lequel le procédé de filage électrostatique est difficile dans l'industrialisation et la production de masse est résolu.
(ZH) 一种过滤用棉秆皮纤维与壳聚糖复合非织布的制备方法,该方法先采用蒸汽闪爆预处理使棉秆皮分离,再用造纸抄纸的方法成型,最后加入壳聚糖增强力学性能与过滤效率,工艺流程简便、环保,适应工业化生产。该非织造布以富含木质素的棉秆皮纤维、壳聚糖为原料,使该非织布具有良好的抗菌性能。棉秆皮、壳聚糖都是生物基材料,使用后可在自然环境中降解,减少环境负担,同时避免了静电纺丝方法工业化、大批量生产困难的问题。
