Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a preparation method for a highly reflective solar cell back panel film. The method involves respectively preparing an adhesive layer masterbatch, a barrier layer masterbatch and a highly reflective layer masterbatch by means of a twin-screw extruder; then, melting the three masterbatches at 250ºC and then extruding same through lip films of casting heads by using four single-screw extruders; adding a non-woven fabric, which acts as a substrate layer, between two barrier layers; integrating a cast extruded from the lip films with surfaces of the non-woven fabric; and cooling to room temperature by means of a cooling roller so as to obtain the highly reflective solar cell back panel film.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un film de panneau arrière de cellule solaire hautement réfléchissant. Le procédé consiste respectivement à préparer un mélange maître de couche adhésive, un mélange maître de couche barrière et un mélange maître de couche hautement réfléchissante au moyen d'une extrudeuse à double vis ; puis à fondre les trois mélanges maîtres à 250 °C puis à les extruder à travers des films à lèvres de têtes de coulée à l'aide de quatre extrudeuses à vis unique ; à ajouter un tissu non tissé, qui agit en tant que couche de substrat, entre deux couches barrières ; à intégrer un moulage extrudé à partir des films à lèvres avec des surfaces du tissu non tissé ; et à refroidir à température ambiante au moyen d'un rouleau de refroidissement de façon à obtenir le film de panneau arrière de cellule solaire hautement réfléchissant.
(ZH) 本发明所揭示的一种高反射太阳能电池背板膜的制备方法,通过双螺杆挤出机分别制备黏附层母粒,阻隔层母粒,高反射层母粒,然后采用四台单螺杆挤出机将三种母粒进行在250℃下熔融后经过流延头的唇膜挤出,且在两个阻隔层之间加入无纺布作为基材层,使得唇膜挤出流延至无纺布表面形成一体,在经过冷却辊冷却至室温后获得高反射太阳能电池背板膜。
