Abstract:
(EN) The present application discloses an organic light emitting diode display substrate having a subpixel region and an inter-subpixel region. The organic light emitting diode display substrate includes a base substrate and an auxiliary cathode on the base substrate. The auxiliary cathode includes a transparent conductive sub-layer and a metallic conductive sub-layer on a side of the transparent conductive sub-layer distal to the base substrate. The metallic conductive sub-layer is substantially in the inter-subpixel region.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat d’affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques ayant une zone de sous-pixels et une zone entre les sous-pixels. Le substrat d’affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques inclut un substrat de base et une cathode auxiliaire sur le substrat de base. La cathode auxiliaire inclut une sous-couche conductrice transparente et une sous-couche conductrice métallique sur un côté de la sous-couche conductrice transparente distale au substrat de base. La sous-couche conductrice métallique est sensiblement dans la zone entre les sous-pixels.
