Abstract:
(EN) Monolayer solution or emulsion of one or more polymers, containing acryl or vinyl polymers, dissolved in water, with the addition of photocatalytic nanoparticulate materials, producing, by a conventional process, an active acryl or vinyl film based on metal nanoparticles in combination with solvents, thickening agents and water-based binders, which has good adherence to the substrate, is resistant to water and weak solvents, and which, due to its composition, comprising TiO2 nanoparticles doped with WO3, when illuminated by sunlight or artificial visible light, produces a photocatalysis reaction using the UV spectrum, part of the visible spectrum and the near infra-red (NIR) spectrum and infra red, up to 2700 nm, which decomposes the water molecules present in the air or in organic materials, which, upon coming into contact with the surface metal particles, are degraded, generating singlet and/or triplet oxygen, a superoxide anion radical, as well as several hydroxyl radicals.
(FR) L'invention concerne une solution ou une émulsion d’un ou de plusieurs polymères, monocouche, à base de polymères acryliques ou vinyliques, dissous dans de l’eau, avec ajout de matières nanoparticulaires photocatalytiques, permettant d’obtenir, au moyen d’un procédé classique, une pellicule acrylique ou vinylique à action active à base de nanoparticules de métaux en combinaison avec des solvants, des épaississants et des agglutinants à base d’eau, présentant une bonne fixation au substrat, résistant à l’eau et aux solvants faibles, qui, du fait de sa composition renfermant des nanoparticules de TiO2 dopées avec WO3, lors d’un éclairage par la lumière du soleil ou par une lumière artificielle visible, produit une réaction de photocatalyse utilisant le spectre UV, une partie du spectre visible et le spectre infrarouge proche (NIR) et infrarouge, jusqu’à une valeur de 2700 nm, décomposant les molécules d’eau présentes dans l’air ou dans des matières organiques, qui se dégradent lorsqu’elles entrent en contact avec les particules métalliques superficielles, produisant ainsi de l'oxygène singulet et/ou triplet, un radical anion superoxyde en plus de divers radicaux hydroxyle.
(PT) Solução ou emulsão de um ou mais polímeros, monocamada, a base de polímeros acrílicos ou vinílicos, dissolvidos em água, com acréscimo de materiais nanoparticulados fotocatalíticos obtendo-se, por processo convencional, película acrílica ou vinílica com ação ativa baseada em nanopartículas de metais em combinação com solventes, espessantes e aglutinantes a base de água, com boa fixação ao substrato, resistente a água e a solventes fracos, que, devido a sua composição, que compreende nanopartículas de TiO2 dopada com WO3, quando iluminada pela luz do sol ou por luz artificial visível, produz reação de fotocatálise utilizando o espectro UV parte do espectro visível e o espectro Infra Vermelho próximo (NIR) e o Infra Vermelho, até 2700nm, que decompõe as moléculas de água presentes no ar ou em materiais orgânicos, que ao entrarem em contato com as partículas metálicas superficiais, degradam-se, gerando oxigênio singlete e/ou triplete, radical ânion superóxido além de diversos radicais hidroxila.
