Abstract:
(EN) Developed to prevent liquid metal leakages from penetrating the insulating materials and damaging the refractory troughs, directing said leakages out of the system, the drainage system for refractory troughs is composed of a system of drain pans (1) provided with a drainage channel (2) in which two monitoring sensors (3) are located, said drain pan preferably having a rectangular shape, its length being slightly longer than the width of the refractory trough (4), its width wide enough to encompass the trough junctions and sealing region, and its height such that it extends past the layer of isolating material (6) and the metal frame (5), such that the drainage channel (2), in which the monitoring sensors are located, ends up outside of the metal frame, by way of slots (8) which allow access for internal maintenance of the areas affected by the leakage.
(FR) L'invention a été mise au point pour éviter que des fuites de métaux à l’état liquide pénètrent dans les matériaux isolants et endommagent les rigoles réfractaires, les dirigeant vers l’extérieur du système, et comprend un système de tiroirs collecteurs (1) pourvus d’un canal de drainage (2) où sont installés deux capteurs de surveillance (3), le tiroir collecteur présentant de préférence une forme rectangulaire, avec une longueur légèrement supérieure à la largeur de la rigole réfractaire (4), sa largeur étant dimensionnée pour couvrir les jonctions des rigoles et la zone des éléments d’étanchéité, sa hauteur étant dimensionnée pour s’étendre au-delà de la couche d’isolants (6) et du support métallique (5), de manière que le canal de drainage (2) où sont installés es capteurs de surveillance se trouve sur le côté extérieur du support métallique, des ouvertures (8) permettant un accès en vue d’un entretien interne des zones concernées par la fuite.
(PT) Desenvolvido para evitar que vazamentos de metais no estado líquido adentrem pelos materiais isolantes e danifiquem as calhas refratárias, direcionando-os para fora do sistema é composto por um sistema de gavetas coletoras (1) providas de um canal de dreno (2) onde estão localizados dois sensores de monitoramento (3), tendo a gaveta coletora preferencialmente o formato retangular, com extensão pouco maior que a largura da calha refratária (4), sua largura dimensionada para cobrir as junções das calhas e a área de vedações, sua altura dimensionada para transpassar a camada de isolantes (6) e o suporte metálico (5), de maneira que o canal de dreno (2), onde estão posicionados os sensores de monitoramento fiquem dispostos no lado externo do suporte metálico, por meio de lacunas (8) que permitem acesso para manutenção interna das áreas afetadas pelo vazamento.
