Abstract:
(EN) A device (100) for detecting settled solids (300) in a conduit (200) for transporting slurry. The device (100) comprises a housing (110) positionable to define at least a segment of a flow path for the slurry. The device (100) comprises a reference temperature sensor (140) associated with the inside of the housing 110 in order to measure an ambient temperature of the slurry within the conduit. The device (100) further comprises a plurality of heaters (150) spaced around part of the inside circumference housing (110) that are maintained at a target temperature that is higher than the ambient temperature of the slurry.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (100) permettant de détecter des solides décantés (300) dans un conduit (200) de transport d'une laitance. Le dispositif (100) comprend un boîtier (110) pouvant être positionné afin de définir au moins un segment d'un trajet d'écoulement pour la laitance. Le dispositif (100) comprend un capteur de température de référence (140) associé à l'intérieur du boîtier (110) afin de mesurer une température ambiante de la laitance à l'intérieur du conduit. Le dispositif (100) comprend en outre une pluralité de réchauffeurs (150) espacés autour d'une partie de circonférence intérieure du boîtier (110) qui sont maintenus à une température cible supérieure à la température ambiante de la laitance.
