A method and apparatus for constructing Re Wheel, a Recovering Energy Wheel, is disclosed. Kinetic energy of an automobile is transformed during the automobile's deceleration via a specially built and attached to it regenerative braking component into a potential energy. This energy is then re-applied for the future acceleration of the automobile, being transformed back into kinetic energy of the automobile. A combination of the two components, the original wheel and the regenerative braking mechanism attached to it, represent the new wheel - Re Wheel. The efficiency of the Re Wheel device is much higher than within other methods of regenerative braking, including those used within electrical automobiles, when electrical engine works in electrical generator mode. Re Wheel is also original in its utility, via its ability to be applied to all the automobiles, independent of their engine type, electrical or combustion engines, and their engine power source.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil qui permettent de construire une roue à récupération d'énergie (Re Wheel). L'énergie cinétique d'une automobile est transformée pendant de la décélération de l'automobile, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de freinage régénératif spécialement construit et fixé à ladite automobile, en une énergie potentielle. Cette énergie est ensuite appliquée à la future accélération de l'automobile, étant retransformée en énergie cinétique de l'automobile. Une combinaison des deux éléments, la roue d'origine et le mécanisme de freinage régénératif attaché à celle-ci, représente la nouvelle roue Re Wheel. Le rendement du dispositif Re Wheel est beaucoup plus élevé que dans d'autres procédés de freinage régénératif, y compris ceux utilisés dans les automobiles électriques, lorsque le moteur électrique fonctionne en mode générateur électrique. L'utilité de la roue Re Wheel est également originale car il est possible de l'appliquer à toutes les automobiles, indépendamment de leur type de moteur, électrique ou à combustion, et de leur source d'alimentation de moteur.
