A part material for printing three-dimensional parts with a selective deposition-based additive manufacturing system has a composition having a thennoplastic polyuiethane polymer and a charge control agent. The part material is provided in a powder form having a D90/D50 particle size distribution and a D50/D10 particle size distribution each ranging from about 1.00 to about 1.40, wherein the part material is configured for use in the selective deposition-based additive manufacturing system having a layer transfusion assembly for printing the three-dimensional parts in a layer-by-layer manner.

Matériau de pièce pour imprimer des pièces tridimensionnelles à l'aide d'un système de fabrication additive basée sur un dépôt sélectif ayant une composition ayant un polymère de polyuréthane de thermoplastique et un agent de régulation de charge. Le matériau de pièce est fourni sous une forme de poudre ayant une répartition de taille de particule D90/D50 et une répartition de taille de particule D50/D10 comprises chacune dans la plage d'environ 1,00 à environ 1,40, le matériau de pièce étant conçu pour être utilisé dans le système de fabrication additive basé sur un dépôt sélectif ayant un ensemble de transfusion de couche pour imprimer les pièces tridimensionnelles couche par couche.
