According to the claimed invention for the comprehensive thermal renovation of buildings or structures, an analysis of the technical state of a building or structure to be thermally renovated is carried out, an energy audit is performed, and individual elements and an entire system of thermal renovation is designed comprising an external wall insulation system and also a hot-water central heating system for the indoor rooms. During the design process, parameters and materials for the realization of structural elements of the system are determined, taking into account a calculated or pre-determined working temperature regime for the building or structure to be thermally renovated. The comprehensive thermal renovation of buildings or structures is carried out by installing on an existing building or structure elements of a system of comprehensive thermal renovation having the parameters and using the materials determined at the design stage. During the installation of the elements of the system, procedures for thermally insulating the facade and at the same time replacing the existing piping of the hot-water central heating system are also carried out. The external wall insulation system is configured in the form of a ventilated facade, or a single-layered or multi-layered thermal insulation structure, or a “wet facade”, and the insulation is in the form of slabs or rolls. The hot-water central heating system, to which heating appliances are vertically connected, is connected, with downfeed or upfeed, to a source of heat which, in turn, is connected to a local or central heating network according to a dependent or independent arrangement. New transit pipes for the hot-water central heating system are installed according to a two pipe arrangement and are housed in new grooves pre-prepared in a layer of equivalent facade insulation on the side on which the insulation is to be fastened to an existing exterior wall, or in an existing wall, on the side on which the wall is to be fastened to the equivalent facade insulation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de réhabilitation thermique complexe de bâtiments ou de structures dans lequel on effectue une analyse de l'état technique du bâtiment à réhabiliter thermiquement, on effectue un audit énergétique, on projette les différents éléments et tous les systèmes de la réhabilitation thermique complexe dans la composition d'un système de chauffage par façade des murs extérieurs des bâtiments ou des structures ainsi que du système de chauffage central par eau des locaux. Au cours du processus de projection, on détermine les paramètres et les matériaux pour la production des éléments structurels du système en tenant compte du mode d'exploitation en température projeté ou préalablement défini du bâtiment ou de la structure à réhabiliter thermiquement. On effectue la réhabilitation thermique complexe des bâtiments ou des structures en montant sur le bâtiment ou la structure existants les éléments du système de réhabilitation thermique complexe selon les paramètres et les matériaux déterinés lors de l'étape de projection. Lors du montage des éléments du système, on effectue simultanément des processus d'isolation thermique de la façade et on remplace simultanément les conduits existants du système de chauffage central par eau. Le système d'isolation thermique en façade équivalent des murs externes des bâtiments et des structures se présente sous forme d'une façade ventilée, ou d'une structure à une ou plusieurs couches du dispositif de chauffage, ou sous forme d'une façade "humide", et le chauffage est réalisé sous forme de carreaux ou de rouleaux. Le ystème de chauffage central par eau comprenant une connexion verticale des appareils de chauffage est connecté par l'interconnexion supérieure ou inférieure à une source de chaleur qui est à son tour connectée à un réseau de chauffage local ou central par un circuit dépendant ou indépendant. Les nouveaux conduits de transfert du système de chauffage central par eau sont montés en un circuit de connexion à doubles tubes et sont disposés dans des nouvelles gaines qui sont de préférence formées dans la couche de l'isolation thermique en façade équivalente du côté de sa fixation aux murs externes existants, ou dans des murs existants du coté de sa fixation à l'isolation thermique en façade équivalente.

Согласно заявленному способу комплексной термомодернизации зданий или сооружений осуществляют анализ технического состояния термомодернизуемого здания или сооружения, проводят энергетический аудит, проектирование отдельных элементов и всей системы комплексной термомодернизации в составе системы фасадного утепления наружных стен зданий или сооружений, а также системы центрального водяного отопления помещений. В процессе проектирования определяют параметры и материалы выполнения конструктивных элементов системы с учетом проектного или заранее заданного температурного режима эксплуатации термомодернизуемого здания или сооружения. Проводят комплексную термомодернизацию зданий или сооружений путем монтажа на существующем здании или сооружении элементов системы комплексной термомодернизации с определенными на этапе проектирования параметрами и материалами. При монтаже элементов системы одновременно осуществляют процессы по теплоизоляции фасада и одновременной замены существующих трубопроводов системы центрального водяного отопления. Причем систему эквивалентной фасадной теплоизоляции наружных стен зданий или сооружений выполняют в виде вентилируемого фасада, или одно- или многослойной конструкции утеплителя, или в виде «мокрого» фасада, а утепление выполняют в форме плит или рулонов. Систему центрального водяного отопления с вертикальным подключением отопительных приборов подключают с верхней или нижней разводкой к источнику тепла, который, в свою очередь, подключают к местной или центральной тепловой сети по зависимой или независимой схеме. Причем новые транзитные трубопроводы системы центрального водяного отопления монтируют по двухтрубной схеме подключения и размещают в новых штробах, которые предварительно выполняют в слое эквивалентной фасадной теплоизоляции со стороны ее крепления к существующей наружной стене, или в существующей стене со стороны ее крепления к эквивалентной фасадной теплоизоляции.
