This invention relates to a method and system for predicting a service required by a user. The method comprises receiving input data from a mobile device, determining user state and action of user using a context engine, and predicting a service based on the user state and action using a detenninistic mode!, probabilistic model and/or machine learning model The method further comprises executing an appropriate action based on the outcome of the prediction, verifying actual action from user against appreciate action, and storing and transmitting of the outcome, appropriate action and actual action in the memory and a server respective.

Cette invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de prédire un service requis par un utilisateur. Le procédé consiste à recevoir des données d'entrée en provenance d'un dispositif mobile, à déterminer un état d'utilisateur et une action d'un utilisateur à l'aide d'un moteur de contexte, et à prédire un service sur la base de l'état et de l'action de l'utilisateur à l'aide d'un modèle déterministe, d'un modèle probabiliste et/ ou d'un modèle d'apprentissage machine, le procédé comprenant en outre l'exécution d'une action appropriée sur la base du résultat de la prédiction, la vérification d'une action réelle de l'utilisateur contre une action d'appréciation, et la sauvegarde ainsi que la transmission du résultat, une action appropriée et une action réelle dans la mémoire et un serveur respectif.
