Abstract
(EN) Proposed are a high-pressure vessel and a manufacturing method thereof, the high-pressure vessel comprising: a liner including a cylinder portion and dome portions disposed at both ends of the cylinder portion, and storing a high-pressure fluid therein, each of the dome portions having a dome shape; a composite material layer surrounding an outer surface of the liner; and a protective layer surrounding an outer surface of the composite material layer and including a shock-absorbing layer, a heat-resistant layer, and a surface protective layer, which are sequentially laminated, wherein the shock-absorbing layer of the protective layer is made of a resin material and formed by an injection method on an inner surface of the heat-resistant layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un récipient haute pression et son procédé de fabrication, le récipient haute pression comprenant : un revêtement comprenant une partie cylindre et des parties dôme disposées aux deux extrémités de la partie cylindre, et le stockage d’un fluide à haute pression à l'intérieur de celle-ci, chacune des parties de dôme ayant une forme de dôme ; une couche de matériau composite entourant une surface externe du revêtement ; et une couche de protection entourant une surface extérieure de la couche de matériau composite et comprenant une couche d'absorption des chocs, une couche résistante à la chaleur, et une couche de protection de surface, qui sont stratifiées de manière séquentielle, la couche d'absorption des chocs de la couche de protection étant constituée d'un matériau de résine et formée par un procédé d'injection sur une surface interne de la couche résistante à la chaleur.
(KO) 실린더부 및 실린더부 양단의 돔 형상인 돔부로 구성되며, 내부에 고압유체가 저장되는 라이너; 라이너의 외면을 감싸는 복합재층; 및 복합재층의 외면을 감싸며, 충격흡수층, 내열층, 표면보호층의 순서로 적층된 보호층;을 포함하고, 보호층의 충격흡수층은 수지 재질로써 내열층의 내측면에 사출공법으로 성형된 고압용기 및 그 제조방법이 소개된다.
