This operation management method for machinery, which is equipped with a sliding part that uses a lubricating oil, involves the following: sampling, on the spot, a lubricating oil used for the relevant equipment at the machinery operation site; analyzing, on the spot, the metal concentration in the relevant lubricating oil; determining the abrasion state of the relevant sliding part, in accordance with the metal concentration in the lubricating oil; and then, after the abrasion state of the relevant sliding part is evaluated in accordance with the extent of the abrasion if abrasion has occurred, performing a more detailed analysis of the lubricating oil, performing other inspections of the sliding part, performing continuous analysis of the lubricating oil, replacing the lubricating oil, or adjusting the sliding part.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de gestion d'opération pour machine qui est équipée d'une pièce coulissante qui utilise une huile lubrifiante, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à: prélever, sur place, une huile lubrifiante utilisée pour l'équipement concerné au niveau du site d'opération de la machine; analyser, sur place, la concentration du métal dans l'huile lubrifiante concernée; déterminer l'état d'abrasion de la pièce coulissante concernée, en fonction de la concentration du métal dans l'huile lubrifiante; puis, après que l'état d'abrasion de la pièce coulissante concernée est évalué en fonction de l'étendue de l'abrasion en cas d'abrasion, effectuer une analyse plus détaillée de l'huile lubrifiante, effectuer d'autres inspections de la pièce coulissante, effectuer une analyse continue de l'huile lubrifiante, remplacer l'huile lubrifiante, ou ajuster la pièce coulissante.

潤滑油を用いる摺動部を具備する機械設備の稼働現場にて、当該機器に用いられている潤滑油をその場で採取し、当該潤滑油中の金属濃度をその場で分析し、潤滑油中の金属濃度に応じて、当該摺動部の摩耗状況を判断し、摩耗が発生している場合には摩耗の程度に応じて、当該摺動部の摩耗状況を判断して、潤滑油のより詳細な分析の実施、摺動部に関する他の検査の実施、継続的な潤滑油分析、潤滑油交換、又は摺動部調整を行う、機械設備の運転管理方法。
