Provided is a detection device which can detect, with high sensitivity, a target detection substance at a low concentration. This detection device comprises: a metal microstructure (2041) to which is fixed a first VHH antibody (2045) that has a characteristic of specifically binding to the target detection substance, the metal microstructure generating surface plasmons when irradiated with excitation light; an introduction port which introduces, into the metal microstructure (2041), a second VHH antibody (2063) that has a characteristic of specifically binding to the target detection substance (2062) and that is labeled with a fluorescent substance (2064), and a sample which could include the target detection substance (2062); a light source which irradiates the metal microstructure (2041) into which the second VHH antibody (2063) and the sample have been introduced with excitation light; and a detection unit which detects the target detection substance (2062) on the basis of the fluorescent light produced by the fluorescent substance (2064) upon being irradiated with the excitation light.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection qui peut détecter, avec une sensibilité élevée, une substance de détection cible à une faible concentration. Le dispositif de détection comprend : une microstructure métallique (2041) sur laquelle est fixé un premier anticorps VHH (2045) qui a une caractéristique de liaison spécifique à la substance de détection cible, la microstructure métallique générant des plasmons de surface lorsqu'elle est éclairée avec une lumière d'excitation ; un orifice d'introduction qui permet d'introduire, dans la microstructure métallique (2041), un second anticorps VHH (2063) qui a une caractéristique de liaison spécifique à la substance de détection cible (2062) et qui est marqué avec une substance fluorescente (2064), et un échantillon qui comprend potentiellement la substance de détection cible (2062) ; une source de lumière qui éclaire la microstructure métallique (2041) dans laquelle le second anticorps VHH (2063) et l'échantillon ont été introduits avec une lumière d'excitation ; et une unité de détection qui détecte la substance de détection cible (2062) sur la base de la lumière fluorescente produite par la substance fluorescente (2064) lorsqu'elle est éclairée avec la lumière d'excitation.
