Abstract

Provided is a skin-material-equipped molded foam article that is excellent in terms of being light weight and in bending rigidity and that has good dimensional stability. A skin-material-equipped molded foam article (100) comprises: a skin material (20) composed of a hollow molded article obtained by blow molding an extruded parison; and a foam particle molded article (10) located inside the skin material (20). The average thickness of the skin material (20) is 1.0-5.0 mm. The skin material (20) is composed of a glass fiber reinforced polypropylene-based resin containing glass fibers in a range of 5-30 mass percent. The weight average fiber length of the glass fibers is 0.4-1.5 mm. The foam particle molded article (10) is composed of a polypropylene-based resin. The peeling strength between the skin material (20) and the foam particle molded article (10) is greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa. The linear expansion coefficient of the skin-material-equipped molded foam article (100) in the longitudinal direction at 23-80°C is 7˟10-5/°C.

L'invention concerne un article expansé moulé muni d'un matériau de peau, qui est excellent du point de vue de sa légèreté et de sa rigidité en flexion, et qui présente une bonne stabilité dimensionnelle. Un article expansé moulé (100) muni d'un matériau de peau comprend : un matériau de peau (20) composé d'un article moulé creux obtenu par moulage par soufflage d'une paraison extrudée; et un article moulé de particules de mousse (10), situé à l'intérieur du matériau de peau (20). L'épaisseur moyenne du matériau de peau (20) est de 1,0 à 5,0 mm. Le matériau de peau (20) est composé d'une résine à base de polypropylène renforcée par des fibres de verre, comprenant des fibres de verre en une quantité comprise entre 5 et 30 pourcents en masse. La longueur moyenne en masse des fibres de verre est de 0,4 à 1,5 mm. L'article moulé de particules de mousse (10 est composé d'une résine à base de polypropylène. La résistance au pelage entre le matériau de peau (20) et l'article moulé de particules de mousse (10) est supérieure ou égale à 0,1 MPa. Le coefficient de dilatation linéaire de l'article expansé moulé (100) équipé d'un matériau de peau est, dans la direction longitudinale, à 23 à 80 °C, de 7˟10-5/°C.
