Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing anionically modified cellulose nanofibers comprises: a preparation step for preparing an anionically modified cellulose; a defibration step for obtaining an anionically modified cellulose nanofiber salt by defibrating the anionically modified cellulose obtained in the preparation step; a desalting step for obtaining anionically modified cellulose nanofibers by desalting the anionically modified cellulose nanofiber salt obtained in the defibration step by subjecting the anionically modified cellulose nanofiber salt to a cation exchange reaction using a cation exchange resin; and a recovery step for recovering the cation exchange resin from a mixture that is obtained in the desalting step and contains the anionically modified cellulose nanofibers and the cation exchange resin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de nanofibres de cellulose anioniquement modifiées comprenant : une étape de préparation pour préparer une cellulose anioniquement modifiée ; une étape de défibration pour obtenir un sel de nanofibre de cellulose anioniquement modifiée par défibration de la cellulose anioniquement modifiée obtenue dans l’étape de préparation ; une étape de dessalage pour obtenir des nanofibres de cellulose anioniquement modifiées par dessalage du sel de nanofibre de cellulose anioniquement modifiée obtenu dans l’étape de défibration en soumettant le sel de nanofibre de cellulose anioniquement modifiée à une réaction d’échange de cations en utilisant une résine à échange de cations ; et une étape de récupération pour récupérer la résine à échange de cations à partir d’un mélange qui est obtenu dans l’étape de dessalage et qui contient les nanofibres de cellulose anioniquement modifiées et la résine à échange de cations.
(JA) アニオン変性セルロースナノファイバーの製造方法において、アニオン変性セルロースを調製する調製工程と、前記調製工程にて得られた前記アニオン変性セルロースを解繊してアニオン変性セルロースナノファイバー塩を得る解繊工程と、前記解繊工程にて得られた前記アニオン変性セルロースナノファイバー塩に対して、陽イオン交換樹脂を用いた陽イオン交換反応を行うことにより脱塩処理してアニオン変性セルロースナノファイバーを得る脱塩工程と、前記脱塩工程にて得られた前記アニオン変性セルロースナノファイバーと前記陽イオン交換樹脂を含む混合物から前記陽イオン交換樹脂を回収する回収工程とを有する。
