Provided is an all-solid-state battery capable of protecting an all-solid-state battery cell against external forces such as impact and vibration, and a method for manufacturing the same. The all-solid-state battery comprises first and second electrodes, at least one battery cell comprising a solid electrolyte disposed therebetween, first and second casing parts sandwiching the battery cell, and a flexible outer housing that houses the first and second casing parts; the first and second casing parts each comprising a plate-shaped part and a side wall that extends from the plate-shaped part in the electrode thickness direction; and the side wall of the first casing part covering at least part of the side wall of the facing second casing part.

L’invention concerne une batterie totalement solide pouvant protéger un élément de batterie totalement solide de forces externes de type choc et vibration, et son procédé de fabrication. La batterie totalement solide comprend de première et deuxième électrodes, au moins un élément de batterie comprenant un électrolyte solide disposé entre elles, de première et deuxième parties d’enceinte intercalant l’élément de batterie, et un logement extérieur flexible qui loge les première et deuxième parties d’enceinte ; les première et deuxième parties d’enceinte comprenant chacune une partie en forme de plaque et une paroi latérale qui s’étend depuis la partie en forme de plaque dans la direction de l’épaisseur de l’électrode ; et la paroi latérale de la première partie d’enceinte recouvrant au moins une partie de la paroi latérale de la deuxième partie d’enceinte lui faisant face.

全固体電池セルを衝撃や振動といった外力から保護が可能な全固体電池およびその製造方法を提供する。全固体電池は、第1および第2の電極と、その間に配置された固体電解質を有する少なくとも1つの電池セルと、前記電池セルを狭持する第1および第2の筐体部と、前記第1および第2の筐体部を収納する可撓性外装体と、を備え、前記第1および第2の筐体部はそれぞれ、板状部品と、前記板状部品から電極厚さ方向に互いに延びる側壁とを有し、前記第1の筐体部の前記側壁は、対向する前記第2の筐体部の前記側壁の少なくとも一部を覆うものである。
