Provided is a diagnostic method for appropriately recognizing the state of a rolling face (11) of a raceway member (1) in a rolling guide device and the lubrication state of a rolling body (6), wherein: a vibration sensor (35) is used to detect the relative vibration displacement between the raceway member (1) and a moving member (2), and a detection signal of the vibration sensor (35) and a predetermined threshold are compared; when the detection signal is greater than the threshold, it is determined that the traveling state of the moving member (2) with respect to the raceway member (1) is abnormal, a lubricant is supplied to the rolling guide device, and the detection signal of the vibration sensor (35) is re-read after the supply of the lubricant is completed; and when said detection signal exceeds the threshold again, it is determined that the supply of the lubricant is defective or the rolling face (11) of the raceway member (1) is defective.

L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic pour reconnaître de manière appropriée l'état d'une face de roulement (11) d'un élément de chemin de roulement (1) dans un dispositif de guidage à roulement et l'état de lubrification d'un corps de roulement (6), dans lequel procédé : un capteur de vibration (35) est utilisé pour détecter le déplacement de vibration relatif entre l'élément de chemin de roulement (1) et un élément mobile (2), et un signal de détection du capteur de vibration (35) et un seuil prédéterminé sont comparés ; quand le signal de détection est supérieur au seuil, il est déterminé que l'état de déplacement de l'élément mobile (2) par rapport à l'élément de chemin de roulement (1) est anormal, un lubrifiant est délivré au dispositif de guidage à roulement, et le signal de détection du capteur de vibration (35) est relu après que la délivrance du lubrifiant a été achevée ; et, quand ledit signal de détection dépasse à nouveau le seuil, il est déterminé que la délivrance du lubrifiant a été défectueuse ou que la face de roulement (11) de l'élément de chemin de roulement (1) est défectueuse.

転がり案内装置の軌道部材(1)の転走面(11)の状態や転動体(6)の潤滑状態を適切に把握する診断方法であって、振動センサ(35)を用いて軌道部材(1)と移動部材(2)との間の相対的な振動変位を検出すると共に、前記振動センサ(35)の検出信号と所定の閾値とを比較し、前記検出信号が前記閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記軌道部材(1)に対する前記移動部材(2)の走行状態に異常があると判断して、当該転がり案内装置に対する潤滑剤の供給を行い、供給完了後に再び前記振動センサ(35)の検出信号の読み込みを行い、前記検出信号が前記閾値よりも再び大きい場合には、潤滑剤の供給不良又は前記軌道部材(1)の転走面(11)の不良を判断する。
