Provided are: an antireflection film having high durability; an optical element provided with the antireflection film; and an optical system provided with the optical element. An antireflection film provided with an intermediate layer, a silver-containing metal layer that contains silver and a dielectric layer which are laminated in this order as observed from the base member side, wherein the intermediate layer is a multilayer film having at least two layers in which a higher-refractive-index layer having a relatively high refractive index and a lower-refractive-index layer having a relatively low refractive index are laminated alternately, the dielectric layer has a surface exposed to air atmosphere, and the dielectric layer is a multilayer film containing a silicon-containing oxide layer, a magnesium fluoride layer, and an adhesive layer arranged between the silicon-containing oxide layer and the magnesium fluoride layer and capable of increasing the adhesion between the silicon-containing oxide layer and the magnesium fluoride layer.

L'invention concerne : un film antireflet ayant une durabilité élevée; un élément optique pourvu du film antireflet; et un système optique pourvu de l'élément optique. Le film antireflet comprend une couche intermédiaire, une couche métallique contenant de l'argent qui contient de l'argent, et une couche diélectrique, stratifiées dans cet ordre tel qu'observé depuis le côté de l'élément de base. La couche intermédiaire est un film multicouche ayant au moins deux couches dans lesquelles une couche à indice de réfraction supérieur ayant un indice de réfraction relativement élevé et une couche à indice de réfraction inférieur ayant un indice de réfraction relativement faible sont stratifiées en alternance, la couche diélectrique comporte une surface en contact avec l'atmosphère d'air, et la couche diélectrique est un film multicouche contenant une couche d'oxyde contenant du silicium, une couche de fluorure de magnésium, et une couche adhésive disposée entre la couche d'oxyde contenant du silicium et la couche de fluorure de magnésium et apte à augmenter l'adhérence entre la couche d'oxyde contenant du silicium et la couche de fluorure de magnésium.

耐久性の高い反射防止膜、反射防止膜を備えた光学素子、およびその光学素子を備えた光学系を提供する。 基材側から、中間層、銀を含有する銀含有金属層、および誘電体層が順に積層され、中間層が、相対的に高い屈折率を有する高屈折率層と、相対的に低い屈折率を有する低屈折率層とが交互に積層された2層以上の多層膜であり、誘電体層は空気への露出面を有し、誘電体層は、シリコンを含む酸化物層と、フッ化マグネシウム層と、シリコンを含む酸化物層およびフッ化マグネシウム層の間に設けられた密着層であって、シリコンを含む酸化物層とフッ化マグネシウム層との密着性を高める密着層とを含む多層膜である、反射防止膜とする。
