An observation system (1) is provided with: an observation device (100) that is provided with a housing (101) having a disposition surface that is configured such that a sample (500) is to be disposed; and an external illuminating unit (210) that is disposed outside of the housing (101). At least a part of the disposition surface is formed of a transparent member having optically transparent characteristics. The observation device (100) is provided with an image pickup unit (151) that is provided in the housing (101). The image pickup unit (151) is configured so as to acquire an image in at least three colors by photographing, via the transparent member, the sample (500) illuminated by means of the external illuminating unit (210).

L'invention concerne un système d'observation (1) pourvu de : un dispositif d'observation (100) qui est pourvu d'un boîtier (101) présentant une surface de disposition conçue de manière telle qu'un échantillon (500) est destiné à être disposé ; et une unité d'éclairage externe (210) qui est disposée à l'extérieur du boîtier (101). Au moins une partie de la surface de disposition est formée d'un élément transparent présentant des caractéristiques optiquement transparentes. Le dispositif d'observation (100) est pourvu d'une unité de capture d'image (151) qui est disposée dans le boîtier (101). L'unité de capture d'image (151) est conçue de façon à acquérir une image en au moins trois couleurs par photographie, par l'intermédiaire de l'élément transparent, de l'échantillon (500) éclairé au moyen de l'unité d'éclairage externe (210).
