Abstract

The invention relates to an osteoconductive graft comprising a biocompatible material that is interspersed with a network of non-overlapping spheroidal pores connected by channels, and wherein the pores are characterized by a pore diameter of 0,6 mm to 1,4 mm, the channels are characterized by a channel diameter of 0.5 mm to 1.3 mm, the channel diameter is smaller than the pore diameter and the pores are aligned in one, two or three spatial axes at regularly spaced intervals.

L'invention concerne un greffon ostéoconducteur comprenant un matériau biocompatible qui est intercalé avec un réseau de pores sphéroïdes non superposés reliés par des canaux, et les pores étant caractérisés par un diamètre de pore allant de 0,6 mm à 1,4 mm, les canaux étant caractérisés par un diamètre de canal allant de 0,5 mm à 1,3 mm, le diamètre de canal étant inférieur au diamètre de pore, et les pores étant alignés selon un, deux ou trois axes spatiaux à intervalles régulièrement espacés.
