Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brennerkörper zum thermischen Fügen wenigstens eines Werkstücks, insbesondere zum Lichtbogenschweißen oder Lichtbogenlöten, mit einer im Brennerkörper angeordneten nicht-abschmelzenden Elektrode, insbesondere einer Wolfram-Elektrode, zum Erzeugen eines Lichtbogens zwischen der Elektrode und dem Werkstück. Der Brennerkörper weist eine potentialfreie Frontdüse zum Ausströmen eines Schutzgasstromes aus einem Gasaustritt auf. Ein Nebenstromkanal ist zum Teilen des Schutzgasstromes in einen Hauptgasstrom und einen Nebengasstrom vorgesehen, wobei der Nebengasstrom den Hauptgasstrom am Gasaustritt ringförmig umgibt.

The invention relates to a torch body for the thermal joining of at least one workpiece, in particular for arc welding or arc brazing, said torch body comprising a non-consumable electrode provided in the body, in particular a tungsten electrode, for generating an arc between the electrode and the workpiece. The torch body has an end nozzle, which is devoid of potential, for discharging a shielding gas flow from a gas outlet. A secondary flow channel is provided for dividing the shielding gas flow into a main gas flow and a secondary gas flow, the secondary gas flow annularly surrounding the main gas flow at the gas outlet.

L'invention concerne un corps de brûleur pour réaliser l'assemblage thermique d'au moins une pièce, en particulier pour le soudage ou le brasage à l'arc, ledit corps de brûleur comportant une électrode non fusible, disposée dans ledit corps de brûleur en particulier une électrode en tungstène, pour produire un arc électrique entre l'électrode et la pièce. Ledit corps de brûleur présente un ajutage frontal exempt de potentiel pour assurer la sortie d'un flux de gaz de protection hors d'une sortie de gaz. Un conduit de courant secondaire permet de séparer le flux de gaz de protection en un flux de gaz principal et en un flux de gaz secondaire, le flux de gaz secondaire entourant en anneau le flux de gaz principal à la sortie de gaz.
