Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines aus plastischer Masse bestehenden kreiszylindrischen Körpers (4), der mindestens eine in seinem Inneren verlaufende wendelförmige Innenausnehmung aufweist. Das Verfahren enthält folgende Schritte: - Herstellen eines aus plastischer Masse bestehenden kreiszylindrischen Körpers (4), der mindestens eine in seinem Inneren verlaufende geradlinige Innenausnehmung aufweist, mittels eines Strangpresswerkzeugs (1), - Ausgabe des kreiszylindrischen Körpers (4) aus dem Strangpresswerkzeug (1) über eine Verdrallstrecke (7) an eine zum Festhalten und Transportieren des kreiszylindrischen Körpers (4) ausgebildete, um ihre Längsachse drehbare Festhalte- und Transportvorrichtung (2), - Verdrallen des kreiszylindrischen Körpers (4) auf der Verdrallstrecke (7) zur Bildung der mindestens einen wendelförmigen Innenausnehmung durch ein Drehen der Festhalte- und Transportvorrichtung (2) mit darin gehaltenem und transportiertem kreiszylindrischem Körper und - Ausgabe des kreiszylindrischen Körpers (4), der mindestens eine in seinem Inneren verlaufende wendelförmige Innenausnehmung aufweist, aus der Festhalte- und Transportvorrichtung (2) an eine Ablagevorrichtung (3).

The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a circular-cylindrical body (4) which consists of a plastic compound and which has at least one helical inner recess that runs in the interior of the body. The method has the following steps: - producing a circular-cylindrical body (4), which consists of a plastic compound and which has at least one linear inner recess that runs in the interior of the body, by means of an extrusion molding die (1), - discharging the circular-cylindrical body (4) out of the extrusion molding die (1) via a twisting section (7) onto a holding and transporting device (2) which is designed to hold and transport the circular-cylindrical body (4) and which can be rotated about the longitudinal axis of the holding and transporting device, - twisting the circular-cylindrical body (4) on the twisting section (7) in order to form the at least one helical inner recess by rotating the holding and transporting device (2) together with the circular-cylindrical body being held and transported in the holding and transporting device, and - discharging the circular-cylindrical body (4), which has at least one helical inner recess running in the interior of the body, out of the holding and transporting device (2) onto a storage device (3).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la fabrication d'un corps cylindrique circulaire (4) constitué d'une matière plastique, qui comporte au moins une cavité interne de forme hélicoïdale s'étendant en son sein. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - fabrication d'un corps cylindrique circulaire (4) constitué d'une matière plastique, qui comporte au moins une cavité interne en ligne droite s'étendant en son sein, au moyen d'un outil de presse à extruder (1), - sortie du corps cylindrique circulaire (4) hors de l'outil de presse à extruder (1), passage de ce dernier par un parcours de tourbillonnement (7) et agencement de ce dernier sur un dispositif de retenue et de transport (2), qui est conçu pour retenir et transporter le corps cylindrique circulaire (4) et qui est rotatif autour de son axe longitudinal, - mise en tourbillonnement du corps cylindrique circulaire (4) sur le parcours de tourbillonnement (7) pour former ladite cavité interne de forme hélicoïdale, par la rotation du dispositif de retenue et de transport (2) avec le corps cylindrique circulaire retenu et transporté dans ce dernier et - sortie du corps cylindrique circulaire (4), qui comporte au moins une cavité interne de forme hélicoïdale s'étendant en son sein, hors du dispositif de retenue et de transport (2) et agencement sur un dispositif de réception (3).
