The processing system includes a deposition module (102) configured for depositing a ceramic layer (52) over a flexible substrate (111), and an oxidation module (150) configured to subject the ceramic layer (52) to an oxidizing atmosphere at an elevated temperature.

L'invention concerne un système de traitement permettant de former un composant d'un dispositif accumulateur d'énergie électrochimique. Le système de traitement comprend un module de dépôt (102) configuré pour déposer une couche céramique (52) sur un substrat souple (111), et un module d'oxydation (150) configuré pour soumettre la couche céramique (52) à une atmosphère oxydante à une température élevée.
