Abstract

An inkjet print head, comprising: a cavity (13) that is used for accommodating ink, a nozzle (12) that communicates with the cavity and that is used for carrying out inkjet printing, an energizing device (14) that is used for applying an electric charge to ink drops passing through the nozzle, and a magnetic field generating device (15) that is used for generating a magnetic field. By means of applying on the nozzle an inkjet signal corresponding to a predetermined ink drop amount, charged ink drops pass through the magnetic field such that the dripping track of the ink drops is diverted. Ink drop amount is calculated according a position at which an ink drop falls, ink drop charge quantity and magnetic field intensity; the calculated ink drop amount is compared to the predetermined ink drop amount so as to adjust an inkjet voltage pulse signal, and thus the volume of ejected ink drops may be accurately controlled and inkjet printing precision is thereby increased.

L’invention concerne une tête d'impression à jet d'encre, comprenant : une cavité (13) qui sert à recevoir de l'encre, une buse (12) qui communique avec la cavité et qui sert à effectuer une impression à jet d'encre, un dispositif d'excitation (14) qui sert à appliquer une charge électrique à des gouttes d'encre passant par la buse, et un dispositif de formation de champ magnétique (15) qui sert à former un champ magnétique. L'application à la buse d'un signal de jet d'encre correspondant à une quantité de gouttes d'encre prédéfinie amène des gouttes d'encre chargées à traverser le champ magnétique de sorte que la trajectoire d’écoulement des gouttes d'encre est déviée. La quantité de gouttes d'encre est calculée en fonction d'une position à laquelle une goutte d'encre tombe, d'une quantité de charge en gouttes d'encre et d'une intensité de champ magnétique ; la quantité de gouttes d'encre calculée est comparée à la quantité de gouttes d'encre prédéfinie de façon à régler un signal impulsionnel de tension de jet d'encre, et ainsi le volume de gouttes d'encre éjectées peut être régulé avec précision, moyennant quoi la précision d'impression à jet d'encre est augmentée.
