Abstract
(EN)
A post-tensioned prestressed assembly-style system of a concrete framework and shock-resistant and energy-dissipating components, and a construction method. The system of concrete framework and shock-resistant and energy-dissipating components comprises a foundation (1), framework columns (2), stacked main beams (4), shock-resistant and energy-dissipating components, and stacked floor slabs (5). The framework columns (2) are in a layered distribution, concrete connecting layers (10) are cast between vertically adjacent layers of framework columns (2). The stacked main beams (4) comprise precast concrete main beams (4.1) and main beam concrete stacked layers (4.2). The stacked floor slabs (5) comprise precast hollow slabs (5.1) and floor concrete stacked layers (5.2) cast in place on top of the precast hollow slabs (5.1). Prestressed steel wire bundles (7) are post-tensioned prestressed steel wire bundles, comprising prestressed steel wire bundle bonded sections (7.1) and prestressed steel wire bundle non-bonded sections (7.2). The prestressed steel wire bundle bonded sections (7.1) are provided at the mid-span part of each precast concrete main beam (4.1) and are 2 m to 3 m in length. The system solves the technical problem of great difficulty in transport and lifting, low structural robustness performance, a large amount of wet work, high post-shock repair costs for column feet, and high costs and complex production for providing energy-dissipating reinforcing bars within beams of an existing structural system.

L'invention concerne un système du type à assemblage précontraint post-tendu d'une ossature en béton et d'éléments résistants aux chocs et à dissipation d'énergie, et un procédé de construction. Le système d'ossature en béton et d'éléments résistants aux chocs et à dissipation d'énergie comprend une fondation (1), des colonnes d'ossature (2), des poutres principales empilées (4), des éléments résistants aux chocs et à dissipation d'énergie et des dalles de plancher empilées (5). Les colonnes d'ossature (2) sont réparties en couches, des couches de raccordement en béton (10) sont coulées entre des couches verticalement adjacentes de colonnes d'ossature (2). 一种后张预应力装配砼框架抗震耗能构件体系及施工方法,其中砼框架抗震耗能构件体系包括基础(1),框架柱(2),叠合主梁(4),抗震耗能构件和叠合楼板(5);框架柱(2)分层布置,在上下层相邻框架柱(2)之间浇筑有混凝土连接层(10);叠合主梁(4)包括预制混凝土主梁(4.1)和主梁混凝土叠合层(4.2);叠合楼板(5)包括预制空心板(5.1)和现浇在预制空心板(5.1)顶部的楼板混凝土叠合层(5.2);预应力钢丝束(7)为后张预应力钢丝束,包括预应力钢丝束有粘接段(7.1)和预应力钢丝束无粘接段(7.2);预应力钢丝束有粘接段(7.1)设置在每根预制混凝土主梁(4.1)的跨中部位,其长度为2m~3m。该体系解决了现有结构体系运输吊装难度大、结构鲁棒性能不高、湿作业量大、柱脚震后修复成本高以及耗能钢筋设置于梁内成本高、制作复杂的技术问题。
