A platinum/black phosphorus@carbon sphere methanol fuel cell anode catalyst and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising: (1) dispersing a black phosphorus solid in an organic solvent to obtain a black phosphorus dispersion liquid having a set concentration; (2) mixing the black phosphorus dispersion liquid and glucose, and stirring until the glucose is completely dissolved; (3) carrying out a hydrothermal reaction on a mixed solution, and obtaining an aqueous solution of a composite material comprising a carbon-core black phosphorus-shell structure after the reaction is completed; (4) uniformly mixing the aqueous solution of the composite material comprising the carbon-core black phosphorus-shell structure and an ethylene glycol solution of sodium chloroplatinate, adjusting the pH value, and reducing platinum on a surface of the composite material having the carbon-core black phosphorus-shell structure by a microwave radiation heating method; and (5) filtering, washing and drying the obtained composite material to obtain the platinum/black phosphorus@carbon sphere composite material. The prepared composite material is used for a direct methanol fuel cell anode catalyst, and both the catalytic performance and the stability of the composite material are greatly improved.

L'invention porte sur un catalyseur d'anode de pile à combustible au méthanol au phosphore de platine/noir à sphères de carbone et sur son procédé de préparation, le procédé consistant : (1) à disperser un solide de phosphore noir dans un solvant organique afin d'obtenir un liquide de dispersion de phosphore noir ayant une concentration définie ; (2) à mélanger le liquide de dispersion de phosphore noir et du glucose, et à agiter jusqu'à dissolution complète du glucose ; (3) à effectuer une réaction hydrothermale sur une solution mixte, et à obtenir une solution aqueuse d'un matériau composite comprenant une structure à écorce de phosphore noir et à cœur de carbone après que la réaction a été achevée ; (4) à mélanger uniformément la solution aqueuse du matériau composite comprenant la structure à écorce de phosphore noir et à cœur de carbone et une solution d'éthylène glycol de chloroplatinate de sodium, à régler la valeur de pH et à réduire le platine sur une surface du matériau composite ayant la structure à écorce de phosphore noir et à cœur de carbone au moyen d'un procédé de chauffage par rayonnement de micro-ondes ; et (5) à filtrer, à laver et à sécher le matériau composite obtenu afin d'obtenir le matériau composite de phosphore de platine/noir à sphères de carbone. Le matériau composite préparé est utilisé pour un catalyseur direct d'anode de pile à combustible au méthanol, et le pouvoir catalytique ainsi que la stabilité du matériau composite sont considérablement améliorés.

一种铂/黑磷@碳球甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂及其制备方法,该方法包括: (1)将黑磷固体分散在有机溶剂中,得到设定浓度的黑磷分散液;(2)将黑磷分散液和葡萄糖混合,搅拌至葡萄糖完全溶解;(3)将混合溶液进行水热反应,反应结束后,得到含有碳核黑磷壳结构的复合材料的水溶液;(4)将含有碳核黑磷壳结构的复合材料的水溶液与氯铂酸钠的乙二醇溶液混合均匀,并调节pH,然后利用微波辐射加热方法使铂在碳核黑磷壳结构的复合材料的表面还原;(5)将得到的复合材料进行过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到铂/黑磷@碳球复合材料。所制备的复合材料用于直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂,其催化性能和稳定性能均得到极大提高。
