An efficient 3DP powder deposition printing apparatus and a powder deposition printing method thereof. The efficient 3DP powder deposition printing device comprises two or more printing platforms sequentially arranged along an X-axis direction. Each printing platform is provided with a corresponding rectangular printing region. The printing regions share a powder deposition device (1) and a print head (2) disposed above the printing platforms. A powder deposition direction of the powder deposition device (1) is the X-axis direction consistent with the arrangement direction of the printing regions. A printing direction of the print head (2) is a Y-axis direction perpendicular to the powder deposition direction, and the print head (2) can move along the X-axis direction and reciprocate above each printing region to perform sequential printing. The multiple printing regions are arranged in the powder deposition direction, and the printing regions share the print head (2) and the powder deposition device (1). The printing direction is perpendicular to the powder deposition direction. The invention provides an appropriate powder deposition and printing sequence to increase the synchronized working time of the print head (2) and the powder deposition device (1), thereby improving printing efficiency and reducing printing costs.

L'invention concerne un appareil d'impression par dépôt de poudre 3DP efficace et un procédé d'impression par dépôt de poudre associé. Le dispositif d'impression par dépôt de poudre 3DP efficace comprend au moins deux plates-formes d'impression placées de manière séquentielle le long d'une direction d'axe X. Chaque plate-forme d'impression est pourvue d'une zone d'impression rectangulaire correspondante. 一种高效3DP铺粉打印设备及其铺粉打印的方法,高效3DP铺粉打印设备包括两个或两个以上沿X轴方向依次排布的打印平台,每个打印平台对应设置一个长方形的打印区域;各打印区域共用一个设置在各打印平台上方的铺粉装置(1)和一个共用的打印头(2);铺粉装置(1)的铺粉方向为与打印区域的排布方向一致的X轴方向,打印头(2)的打印方向为与铺粉方向垂直的Y轴方向并且可沿X轴方向移动在各打印区域上方折回往返依次打印。沿铺粉方向设置多个打印区域,并共用一个打印头(2)和一个铺粉装置(1),打印方向和铺粉方向垂直设置,通过设置合理的铺粉和打印顺序,增加打印头(2)和铺粉装置(1)同时工作的时间,从而提高打印效率,降低打印成本。
