The present invention describes a mobile kiln comprising at least one combinable modular segment (1), a system for firing of ceramic articles and products, and a process for controlling the firing of ceramic articles and products. Specifically, the present invention comprises a system of forced kiln gas exhaustion, means for controlling the flow rate of the gases, means for controlling the heat source input (4) and monitoring physical parameters inside the kiln, allowing greater resolution and control of the temperature gradient inside the kiln in an independent manner for each modular segment (1). Furthermore, the mobile kiln of the present invention comprises a solid floor (2) without grating. The present invention pertains to the fields of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, civil production and industrial use of red ceramic.

La présente invention concerne un four mobile comprenant au moins un segment modulaire (1) associatif, un système de cuisson d'articles et de produits céramiques et un procédé de régulation de la cuisson d'articles et de produits céramiques. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention comprend un système d’évacuation forcée des gaz du four, des moyens de régulation du débit des gaz, un moyen de commande de l’alimentation de la source de chaleur (4) et de surveillance de paramètres physiques de l'intérieur du four, permettant d’améliorer la résolution et la commande du gradient de température à l'intérieur du four de manière indépendante dans chaque segment modulaire (1). Par ailleurs, le four mobile de la présente invention comprend un plancher solide sans évidements (2). La présente invention relève des domaines de la thermodynamique, de la fluidodynamique, de la production civile et de l’application industrielle de la céramique structurale.

A presente invenção descreve um forno móvel compreendendo ao menos um segmento modular (1) associativo, um sistema de queima de artigos e produtos cerâmicos e um processo de controle de queima de artigos e produtos cerâmicos. Especificamente, a presente invenção compreende um sistema de exaustão forçada dos gases do forno, meios de controle da vazão dos gases, meio de controle da alimentação da fonte de calor (4) e monitoramento de parâmetros físicos do interior do forno, permitindo maior resolução e controle do gradiente de temperatura no interior do forno de modo independente em cada segmento modular (1). Ainda, o forno móvel da presente invenção compreende um piso sólido sem crivo (2). A presente invenção se situa nos campos da termodinâmica, fluidodinâmica, produção civil e aplicação industrial de cerâmica vermelha.
