A method for producing in a roll-to-roll process modules of thin film photovoltaic cells in a substrate film, the modules including the substrate with a photovoltaic layer inbetween a lower and upper electrode layer, by using an apparatus including a belt conveyor, and scribe and print stations arranged at respective positions along a transport direction of the belt conveyor to create an interconnection structure between the photovoltaic cells including an arrangement of structural elements having one or more conductive and isolating scribe lines and a conductive body connecting adjacent thin film photovoltaic cells. The method includes: creating by the processing stations, the interconnection structure in the moving substrate film; measuring the structural elements and determining parameters of each structural element; based on the parameters establishing a positioning error, associated with a functional defect; based on the error, correcting settings of one or more processing stations and/or the belt conveyor.

Procédé de production, dans un procédé rouleau à rouleau, de modules de cellules photovoltaïques à film mince dans un film de substrat, les modules comprenant le substrat avec une couche photovoltaïque entre des couches d'électrode inférieure et supérieure, à l'aide d'un appareil comprenant une bande transporteuse, et des stations de découpe et d'impression disposées dans des positions respectives le long d'une direction de transport de la bande transporteuse pour créer une structure d'interconnexion entre les cellules photovoltaïques comprenant un agencement d'éléments structuraux ayant une ou plusieurs lignes de découpe conductrices et isolantes et un corps conducteur connectant des cellules photovoltaïques à couche mince adjacentes. Le procédé consiste à : créer, par les stations de traitement, la structure d'interconnexion dans le film de substrat mobile ; mesurer les éléments structuraux et déterminer des paramètres de chaque élément structural ; sur la base des paramètres établir une erreur de positionnement, associée à un défaut fonctionnel ; sur la base de l'erreur, corriger des réglages d'une ou de plusieurs stations de traitement et/ou de la bande transporteuse.
