The present application relates to a method for manufacturing a pattern substrate. The method is applicable, for example, to a process for manufacturing devices such as electronic devices and integrated circuits or to other usages, such as manufacturing an integrated optical system, a guidance of a magnetic domain memory and a detection pattern thereof, a flat-plate display, a liquid crystal display (LCD), a thin-film magnetic head, or an organic light-emitting diode. The method can also be used to construct a pattern on a surface in order to use the same to manufacture a discrete track medium of a magnetic storage device or the like, such as an integrated circuit, a bit-patterned medium, and/or a hard drive.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat à motifs. Le procédé est applicable, par exemple, à un procédé de fabrication de dispositifs tels que des dispositifs électroniques et des circuits intégrés ou à d'autres utilisations, par exemple à la fabrication d'un système optique intégré, d'un guide d'une mémoire à domaines magnétiques et d'un motif de détection de celle-ci, d'un affichage à plaque plane, d'un affichage à cristaux liquides (LCD), d'une tête magnétique à film mince, ou d'une diode électroluminescente organique.
