Disclosed is a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). The purpose of the disclosure is to analyze service availability, and an operating method of a server can comprise the steps of: receiving position information of a subscriber; determining service availability on the location indicated by the position information; and transmitting recommendation information related to the communication of a device of the subscriber at the location.

La présente invention se rapporte à un système de communication de 5e génération (5G) ou de pré-5G pour la prise en charge d'un débit de transmission de données supérieur à celui d’un système de communication de 4e génération (4G), tel qu’un système d’évolution à long terme (LTE). L'objectif de l'invention est d'analyser la disponibilité d'un service, et un procédé de fonctionnement d'un serveur peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : recevoir des informations de position d'un abonné ; déterminer la disponibilité de service sur l'emplacement indiqué par les informations de position ; et transmettre des informations de recommandation relatives à la communication d'un dispositif de l'abonné à l'emplacement.

본 개시는 LTE(Long Term Evolution)와 같은 4G(4th generation) 통신 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G(5th generation) 또는 pre-5G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다. 본 개시는 서비스 가용성(service availability)을 분석하기 위한 것으로, 서버의 동작 방법은, 가입자의 위치 정보를 수신하는 과정과, 상기 위치 정보에 의해 지시되는 장소에 대한 서비스 가용성을 판단하는 과정과, 상기 장소에서의 상기 가입자의 장치의 통신에 관련된 권고 정보를 송신하는 과정을 포함할 수 있다.
