The present invention relates to a smart damper capable of compensating for thermal displacement generated by a temperature change of a pipe and capable of absorbing shock by controlling vibration and, more specifically, to a pipe vibration-controlling smart damper capable of compensating for thermal displacement, the smart damper comprising a vibration damping part and a thermal displacement compensation part, wherein the vibration damping part is a polyurethane elastic member and performs vibration and thermal displacement compensation, and the thermal displacement compensation part, which has a compression spring and an impact sleeve and is at both sides of the vibration damping part, primarily compensates for thermal displacement before the vibration damping part performs thermal displacement compensation, performs vibration and thermal displacement compensation in two stages through the vibration damping part and the thermal displacement compensation part so as to stably absorb vibration or shock, has a structure simpler than that of a conventional damper, has low costs for materials, has excellent durability so as to reduce production, maintenance and management costs, and is provided with shape memory alloy wires such that the restoring capacity of the compression spring and the polyurethane elastic member is high.

La présente invention concerne un amortisseur intelligent apte à compenser un déplacement thermique généré par un changement de température d'un tuyau et apte à absorber un choc en régulant les vibrations et, plus précisément, un amortisseur intelligent de régulation des vibrations de tuyau apte à compenser un déplacement thermique, l'amortisseur intelligent comprenant une partie d'amortissement des vibrations et une partie de compensation de déplacement thermique. La partie d'amortissement des vibrations est un élément élastique en polyuréthane et effectue une compensation de vibration et de déplacement thermique, et la partie de compensation de déplacement thermique, qui a un ressort de compression et un manchon d'impact et est située sur les deux côtés de la partie d'amortissement de vibration, compense principalement le déplacement thermique avant que la partie d'amortissement des vibrations effectue une compensation de déplacement thermique, effectue une compensation de vibration et de déplacement thermique en deux étapes avec la partie d'amortissement de vibrations et la partie de compensation de déplacement thermique de façon à absorber de manière stable une vibration ou un choc, présente une structure plus simple que celle d'un amortisseur classique, a de faibles coûts pour les matériaux, présente une excellente durabilité de façon à réduire les coûts de production, de maintenance et de gestion, et est pourvue de fils en alliage à mémoire de forme de telle sorte que la capacité de restauration du ressort de compression et de l'élément élastique en polyuréthane est élevée.

본 발명은 배관의 온도변화에 의해 발생하는 열변위를 보상할 수 있고, 진동을 제어하여 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 스마트 댐퍼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 진동 완충부와 열변위 보상부로 이루어지되 진동 완충부는 폴리우레탄 탄성 부재로 진동 및 열변위 보상을 실시하며, 진동 완충부의 열변위 보상 실시전 상기 진동 완충부를 기준으로 양쪽에 압축 스프링과 임팩트 슬리브로 구성된 열변위 보상부가 일차적으로 열변위를 보상하는 열변위 보상이 가능한 배관 진동제어 스마트 댐퍼로 2단계 걸쳐 진동 및 열변위 보상을 진동 완충부와 열변위 보상부로 실시하여 진동 또는 충격을 안정적으로 흡수하고, 종래의 댐퍼에 비해 구성이 간단하고, 재료의 가격이 저렴하며, 내구성이 우수하여 생산 및 유지관리 비용이 절감되며, 형상기억합금 와이어를 설치하여 압축 스프링과 폴리우레탄 탄성 부재의 복원능력이 높다.
