Provided is a tetrazolopyridine compound useful as an organic semiconductor material. A compound according to the present invention is characterized by being represented by any one of formulae (1)-(3). In formulae (1)-(3), Y1 and Y2, each independently represent a 5-membered heterocyclic ring containing at least one -SO2- as a constituent element of the ring.

L'invention concerne un composé tétrazolopyridine utile en tant que matériau semi-conducteur organique. Un composé selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il est représenté l'une quelconque des formules (1)-(3). Dans les formules (1)-(3), Y1 et Y2, représentent chacun indépendamment un anneau hétérocyclique à 5 chaînons contenant au moins -SO2- en tant qu'élément constitutif de l'anneau.
