[Problem] To provide: a curable organopolysiloxane composition having rheological properties suitable for precision coating and fine pattern formation by a fine droplet coating device such as a jet dispenser; and a pattern forming method using the same. [Solution] Provided are a curable organopolysiloxane composition, and a pattern forming method using the same, the curable organopolysiloxane composition being characterized in that said composition preferably has a hydrosilylation reaction curing property, is precisely coated by a jet dispenser or the like, and has a viscosity at a strain rate of 1,000 (1/s) of is 2.0 Pa·s or less, and a viscosity at a strain rate of 0.1 (1/s) of at least 50.0 times the viscosity at a strain rate of 1,000 (1/s).

La présente invention vise à fournir : une composition d'organopolysiloxane durcissable ayant des propriétés rhéologiques appropriées pour un revêtement de précision et une formation de motif fin par un dispositif de revêtement à fines gouttelettes tel qu'un distributeur à jet; et un procédé de formation de motif l'utilisant. L'invention concerne par conséquent une composition d'organopolysiloxane durcissable, et un procédé de formation de motif l'utilisant, la composition d'organopolysiloxane durcissable étant caractérisée en ce que ladite composition a de préférence une propriété de durcissement par réaction d'hydrosilylation, est revêtue avec précision par un distributeur à jet ou équivalents, et a une viscosité à un taux de déformation de 1 000 (1/s) de 2,0 Pa·s ou moins, et une viscosité à un taux de déformation de 0,1 (1/s) d'au moins 50,0 fois la viscosité à un taux de déformation de 1 000 (1/s).

[課題]ジェットディスペンサー等の微細液滴塗布装置による精密塗布および微細パターン形成に適したレオロジー特性を有する硬化性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物およびそれを用いたパターン形成方法を提供する。[解決手段]好適には、ヒドロシリル化反応硬化性であり、ジェットディスペンサー等により精密塗布される、ひずみ速度1,000(1/s)における粘度が2.0Pa・s以下であり、かつ、ひずみ速度0.1(1/s)における粘度が、ひずみ速度1,000(1/s)における粘度の50.0倍以上の値となることを特徴とする、硬化性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物、およびそれを用いたパターン形成方法。
