Abstract
(EN) Provided is a spool valve device with which it is possible to identify abnormal spool action without increasing the number of parts therein. This spool valve device comprises: a housing in which a plurality of flow passages are formed; a spool which switches the connection state of the plurality of flow passages by moving; an electric actuator which includes an electric motor rotating an output shaft by means of torque in accordance with a flowing drive current, and a direct-acting conversion mechanism converting the rotational motion of the output shaft into linear motion, and applies thrust to the spool in accordance with the torque, thereby changing the spool position; a bias member which applies, to the spool, a bias force against the thrust of the electric actuator; an angle detection unit which detects the angle position of the output shaft of the electric motor; a drive unit which drives the electric motor by controlling the flow of the drive current in relation to the electric motor on the basis of an inputted position command and the angle position detected by the angle detection unit; and an abnormality determination unit which calculates the spool position on the basis of the angle position detected by the angle detection unit to determine whether there is abnormal spool action.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de distributeur à tiroir, avec lequel dispositif il est possible d'identifier une action de tiroir anormale sans augmenter le nombre de parties à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Ce dispositif de distributeur à tiroir comprend : un boîtier dans lequel une pluralité de passages d'écoulement sont formés ; un tiroir qui commute l'état de liaison de la pluralité de passages d'écoulement par son déplacement ; un actionneur électrique qui comprend un moteur électrique faisant tourner un arbre de sortie à l'aide d'un couple en fonction de la circulation d'un courant d'actionnement, et un mécanisme de conversion à action directe convertissant le mouvement de rotation de l'arbre de sortie en un mouvement linéaire, et qui applique une poussée au tiroir en fonction du couple, de façon à changer ainsi la position de tiroir ; un élément de sollicitation qui applique au tiroir une force de sollicitation à l'encontre de la poussée de l'actionneur électrique ; une unité de détection d'angle qui détecte la position angulaire de l'arbre de sortie du moteur électrique ; une unité d'actionnement qui actionne le moteur électrique par commande de la circulation du courant d'actionnement par rapport au moteur électrique sur la base d'un ordre de position entrée et de la position angulaire détectée par l'unité de détection d'angle ; et une unité de détermination d'anomalie qui calcule la position de tiroir sur la base de la position angulaire détectée par l'unité de détection d'angle de façon à déterminer s'il existe ou non une action de tiroir anormale.
