This transfer apparatus (2) is for transferring, from a prescribed temporary standby area (5) into a storage vessel (C), to-be-stored objects (P) in which a plurality of eggs are arranged in a lengthwise direction and in a widthwise direction of a container having a plurality of egg seats therein. The transfer apparatus is provided with a robot arm (2) and a holding mechanism (23). The holding mechanism (23) is attached to the leading end of the robot arm (2) so as to hold the to-be-stored objects (P). The robot arm (2) performs a first operation for moving the to-be-stored objects (P) being gathered in the temporary standby area (5) to a first position that corresponds to the size of the to-be-stored objects (P) and/or a second operation for moving the storage vessel (C) to a second position that corresponds to the size of the storage vessel (C).

La présente invention concerne un appareil de transfert (2) qui est destiné à transférer, depuis une zone d’attente temporaire prescrite (5) dans une cuve de stockage (C), des objets à stocker (P) dans lesquels une pluralité d’œufs sont agencés dans une direction longitudinale et dans une direction transversale d’un récipient comportant une pluralité de sièges d’œuf dans celui-ci. L’appareil de transfert est pourvu d’un bras de robot (2) et d’un mécanisme de maintien (23). Le mécanisme de maintien (23) est fixé à l’extrémité avant du bras de robot (2) de façon à maintenir les objets à stocker (P). Le bras de robot (2) effectue une première opération pour déplacer les objets à stocker (P) qui sont rassemblés dans la zone d’attente temporaire (5) à une première position qui correspond à la taille des objets à stocker (P) et/ou une deuxième opération pour déplacer le récipient de stockage (C) vers une deuxième position qui correspond à la taille du récipient de stockage (C).

移載装置(2)は、複数の卵座を有する容器に卵を縦方向と横方向とのそれぞれに複数個ずつ配置させた被収容物(P)を、所定の一時待機領域(5)から収納容器(C)へ移載する移載装置である。移載装置は、ロボットアーム(2)と保持機構(23)とを備えている。保持機構(23)は、ロボットアーム(2)の先端に取り付けられ、被収容物(P)を保持する。ロボットアーム(2)は、一時待機領域(5)に集められる被収容物(P)を、被収容物(P)の大きさに対応した第1位置にまで移動させる第1動作、および、収納容器(C)を収納容器(C)の大きさに対応した第2位置にまで移動させる第2動作の少なくともいずれかを行う。
